Description

Rufus receives his final support weapon, the Soul Arbiter, capable of dealing a sustained amount of damage to its enemies. The Arbiter also receives the final increase in his dash speed and the final increase in his AP Recovery passive skill.

Unlocking

Arbiter Mission — **Arbiter** mission scroll.

It is necessary to be Lv.60 to be able to participate in 4th Job Promotion.

Part 1

Clear The Wyrm's Maw 6 times in Champion Mode.

Part 2

Slay Yamini in the Altar of Judgment and collect 6 Arbiter's Lesser Orbs on any difficulty.

Part 3

Slay Lord Perseo in the Temple of Destruction and collect 6 Arbiter's Greater Orbs on any difficulty.

Part 4

Slay 350 monsters within the range of ± 2 above or below level monsters.

Part 5

Enter the Sanctum of Destruction 4 times.

Obtain 1 Gem.

LVL 4 Special	Explosive Shot	Rufus tosses six stick grenades into the air and fires at all of them, causing them to explode in the area around him. After shots then randomly target the area where Rufus performs the skill and shoots in series.
LVL 4 Special	Final Shot	Rufus charges and shoots a piercing bullet that leaves a trail of explosions behind.

Trivia

Arbiter is known as Prominence, Specialist or Demon Hunter in the other servers.
Upon becoming an Arbiter, Rufus' hair turns into a golden blonde in shade. However, he does not retain this hair color when selecting Arbiter in Practice Mode.
