Ever since she was little, she lived in the Abbey with Grandiel and Kyle. Since she is learning magic from Grandiel, she calls him a teacher and follows his instructions well.
Unlike Kyle, who was not interested in studying magic, Cindy was an exemplary Student who never neglected her studies. Among the different types of magic, she showed great talent in controlling fire and it was what she felt most confident in too.
Cindy has a lively and optimistic personality. She is very polite and kind to others, but because she grew up with Kyle like siblings, they tend to fight a lot. Though it's usually her kicking him for saying something weird.

Trivia[]
- Cindy's character portrait is based on her basic form, Model Student.
- Oddly enough, her leggings in the portrait are black while the sprites show them pink.
- In Epilogue 3.6: The World's End, it was revealed that Kyle and Cindy were fragments of Baldinar's soul Grandiel found in the Kounat Ruins.
- As seen in Act 12.8: The Identity, however, it was also implied that they were artificial lifeforms created from the Fermat Research Lab.
- Arch Mage shares the same evolution name as Serdin's basic form.
- Cindy is the first character among Tier A Heroes that has a Tier SR counterpart.
