The first fragment of the Crown of Sands

The Crown of Sands is an artifact exclusive to Alcubra. It is said that this object would make one immortal, the old young, powerful, and even grant necromancy. However, the Crown of Sands is split into many fragments scattered all over Alcubra. Other than an excitement of adventure, the Crown of Sands intrigues the Chase, causing their travels to breech upon the continent of Alcubra.

In Goblin Work Site, a goblin named Barakhufu claimed to have knowledge of the artifact, yet Elesis believed it was a hoax. When Barakhufu returns after the Chase leaves, he has a sinister smile on his face, suggesting he is actually using them to obtain the Crown of Sands for himself, and possibly make him the final boss of Alcubra.
Later, a fragment of the Crown was located in Sands of Illusion, in possession of Sand Ruler. When the Chase examined this fragment, it shows to be giving off immensive power, and perhaps Barakhufu was being truthful about its story.

Trivia

Until the release of Desert Bandit's Village, it was originally thought that the fragment that the Sand Ruler possessed was the treasure of the Kungjis.
